Funeral Program and Layout

The funeral program layout can vary for each funeral or memorial service and does not have to follow an exact format. Following an outline of what the funeral layout contains can be helpful. Having a funeral program included in the memorial service is an important part of the service. The funeral program layout pages hold a myriad of memories for the family of the deceased.

The Catholic church and other religious affiliations have some very specific entries for the funeral program. The following presents some important inclusions for the funeral program layout:

To add some creativity to the cover, you can place a beautiful landscape scene as a backdrop to the photo. If desired, you may place the funeral service location on the front cover beneath the decease information.

For more extensive and longer Funeral services, the two inside panels for the interior program pages can contain all the information included within the funeral service. You can place photos, hymn lyrics or poems on one side of the inside page if you have a shorter order of service.

A special message from the family of gratitude and acknowledgement can be noted after the end of the funeral order of service. If you prefer to have a funeral program in a booklet presentation which contains more pages, you can include more photos of the deceased and family.

Keep in mind that the more pages you have for your program, the higher the printing cost. Creating a special keepsake for family and guest at the funeral service is easy when following these simple guidelines for production.
